Hot Tub Repairs on any model. Our engineers are highly skilled and have worked on many different brands, makes and models of hot tubs and spas.
Dr Hot Tub offers repairs, Hot Tub MOT’s, servicing, valets and Heat Pump installations to all makes of Hot tubs. We carry a vast amount of spares on our vehicles and can usually repair your Hot Tub within the first visit.
Having sold and worked with a wide range of leading hot tub manufacturers including Catalina Spas, Artesian Spas, Vita Spa and LA Spas our knowledge and competence is unbeatable, in fact we believe we are one of the most reliable hot tub technicians in the North East.
Operating since 2006, we have gained vast experience selling and maintaining Hot Tubs with showrooms across the North East for over 20 years, making us the most experienced Hot Tub engineers in the North of England.
Our expertise means we can identify the fault correctly and cost effectively and repair your spa with the least fuss possible.
As well as extensive experience and knowledge in a wide variety of hot tubs, we are also the only Hot Tub engineering company in the North East who employ fully qualified Part ‘P’ electricians, meaning we can assess if the fault is actually with your electrical supply, and not the spa.
We are a designated Hot Tub Repair company.
We offer the most competitive call-out charge and hourly pricing for hot tub repairs in the industry, with a ‘no call out charge’ policy for returning customers within a 12 month period. If we cant repair the spa on the first visit, we will return as soon as possible and only charge the same price we would if we could repair it on the first innitial visit. (mileage surcharge may apply).
We will only take payment for all repairs once the repair is complete and satisfactory.
*Any repairs over £600 will require a 50% deposit on order*
All of our repairs come standard with a minimum 12 month parts and labour warranty giving you complete peace of mind.
We specialise in Holiday Lodge repairs offering an ‘out of hours emergency call out’ system and work on domestic and commercial spas.
We also offer PAT testing certification to comply with Electrical Regulations on all work completed in commercial set ups, and can replace electrical equipment such as isolation switches, power cables if required.
